29 Hengar Manor is only available to Friends and family, it is NOT open to the general public.

It is available to book throughout the year, although from mid November to early March there will be reduced facilities, during this time the bar / restaurant may not open, but if it does there will be a reduced menu.

However we can recommend the local pubs at St Tudy and Blisland for excellent food & drink.

The reception will be open 9am to 5pm daily.

No 29 and the grounds will remain open and fully useable during this period.

Due to it being our family holiday home we do not have any contract cleaners or Linen facilities, so there are a few conditions to the booking agreement:

1. You will provide your own bed linen, the beds are all standard adult sized mattresses, duvets and pillows, (A double and six singles), so you will need bottom sheets, duvet cover and pillow cases for each bed you will use. Duvets and pillows are provided.
2. Please clean at the end of your stay. The expectation is to run the vacuum around each room and to clean the toilets, shower and Kitchen, just as if you were at home.
3. Breakages - please replace any breakages (like for like or similar) or let us know and we will arrange replacements, stuff happens, things break, it's not a problem.
4. Faults - please report any issues direct to us and we will arrange a fix.
5. Bookings are very flexible, but please try to keep to a 'normal week' ie Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday. Please arrive after 2pm on your arrival day and Leave before 1pm on your leaving day.
6. There will be items left in the kitchen such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper  and cleaning materials, you are free to use these, but please re-stock anything that runs out.
7. No Smoking inside.
